ITA’s Office of Supply Chain, Professional, and Business Services
The ITA’s Office of Supply Chain, Business Services, and Professional Services provides expert guidance on topics including trade policy, competitiveness, logistics, and supply chain management. This team also provides guidance on a variety of other topics, including direct marketing and direct selling, physical infrastructure, and cold chain and distribution services. In addition, it represents the interests of businesses and educational services.
OSCPBS also participates in multilateral services trade negotiations and works with U.S. government agencies to ensure that service trade agreements and policies are implemented fairly and consistently. It also oversees two Congressionally-mandated Advisory Committees to advise on service industry trade policy.
Examples of business services
